Terri May Leighton, 62, of Lambertville, MI, died Saturday, July 21, 2018. Born September 22, 1955, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Neill and Nina (Groll) Leighton. She was a graduate of Clay High School, and retired from the former Ohio Bell Company after 30 years of service. Terri enjoyed sewing, butterflies, and her favorite pastime; the casinos. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving son, Joshua (Sarah) Shinaver; sister, Pamela (Barney) Rowe; grandchildren, Mia & Greyson Shinaver; niece, Alicia (Matthew) Gyulai; nephew, Christopher Rowe and several great nephews and niece. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Interment will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
